I’m going to school tomorrow because today is sad
We've all had those days when sadness just takes over, especially when it's Sunday and the looming school day feels overwhelming. But from my experience, finding little joys can really shift your mindset. For example, I like to plan something small and comforting for my lunch, like my favorite HARIBO D-BEARS or spicy Buldak noodles, which gives me something to look forward to during the day. Also, staying connected with friends, whether at school or even through TikTok, can ease the dread and bring excitement. Sharing moments on social media or chatting with classmates can remind you that you’re not alone, and these interactions can really brighten your mood. Another thing I've noticed is that having a positive outlook about school activities or goals helps. If you’re excited about a project or simply seeing your friends again, it can turn your feelings around quickly. So if a Sunday feels sad, try to focus on what tomorrow can bring—a fresh start, new opportunities, and fun memories. In short, when sadness hits today, remember that tomorrow’s school day is a new chapter. Simple things like favorite snacks, social connections, and setting small goals can transform your feelings and make going back to school something to look forward to.
