Pairing this with a completed skincare routine brings a sense of self-care that’s often neglected during busy weekdays. Adding a mile walk in 60-degree weather feels just right—it energizes the body without exhausting it, and gives me a chance to enjoy nature and reflect. This simple act significantly boosts my mood and sets a calm pace for the day. Finally, capping off the evening with a comforting pasta dinner seals the day with a sense of nourishment and reward. The combination of productive activities and cozy personal moments truly makes life feel amazing—making Sunday my favorite day to press reset and recharge for the week.
