Whatever people see to me, NOT NECESSARILY TRUE
Many of us present only the highlights of our lives on social media — the fun shopping trips, delicious meals, or exciting outings — which can give the impression that life is always easy and happy. But in reality, these snapshots are just a small fraction of our daily experience. It's common to act in ways that don't fully reflect our true emotions, especially when sharing moments with others. For example, I might post about traveling or enjoying myself, but it doesn't show the worries, the tiredness, or the challenges I face behind the scenes, such as working far from home. Understanding this helps us manage expectations and encourages empathy. Next time you see someone's feed filled with endless fun, remember there’s more beneath the surface that isn’t always captured or shared.
