No matter how strong a woman is, she will cry also

2025/11/17 Edited to

... Read moreFrom my experience, society often portrays strength as a constant display of toughness, but true strength includes acknowledging our emotions honestly. Women, in particular, navigate many roles and pressures, which can make holding back tears feel like a must. Yet, crying is not a sign of weakness—it is a natural and powerful way to release stress and heal. I remember moments when I tried to be 'tegar' (strong) no matter the situation, much like the phrase 'Ku yang berusaha Tegar saat kondisi apapun' suggests. However, I've learned that reaching the emotional peak—'puncak tertingginya adalah tetap MEWEKT' (the highest peak is still crying)—is part of that strength. Allowing ourselves to cry can deepen our resilience, improve mental health, and help us connect authentically with others. In embracing tears, women reclaim their emotional freedom and challenge the outdated idea that strength means never showing vulnerability. This blend of strength and sensitivity is what truly defines inner power and self-acceptance. So, it's okay to cry; it means you are human and incredibly strong in your own right.

New to crypto? Don’t rush into these candlestick setups.
When I first got into crypto, one of the biggest mistakes I made was seeing red and green candles and wanting to jump in right away. Most of the time, I ended up buying near the top and getting stuck in a bad position. Later, I realized that not every setup is worth entering — especially in thes

Always “The Strong One”?
We’ve all learned how to survive — to hold it all together, to be dependable, to show up no matter how tired we are. But somewhere along the way, survival started to look like self-neglect. We became the ones who fix, manage, plan, explain, and forgive — sometimes too quickly, too often, and at
