Instead, I focus on my own growth, health, and resilience, as echoed in the phrase, "Stay healthy and strong, our journey is still long." This perspective encourages me to persist through difficulties with renewed energy and positivity. Moreover, recognizing the emotions behind others’ actions allows me to cultivate empathy rather than resentment. Ultimately, this practice transforms sadness and tiredness into opportunities for personal happiness and fulfillment.
