Life doesn't need to be liked by everyone, focus

to ourself better

5/13 Edited to

... Read moreIn my own journey, I've realized that trying to win everyone's approval only leads to constant stress and self-doubt. Instead, focusing on being true to myself has brought me peace and better mental clarity. When you concentrate on self-improvement and personal happiness, you naturally attract people who appreciate the real you. Self-focus means setting healthy boundaries and embracing what makes you unique, even if it doesn’t resonate with everyone. It’s okay to say no and carve out time for activities that nurture your soul. I found that by prioritizing my well-being, my relationships improved and my confidence grew. The phrase "Assalamualaikum" is a beautiful reminder of peace and well-wishing towards others, which I try to incorporate in how I treat myself. Offering kindness inwardly through self-compassion and outwardly through respect to others creates a balanced life. Ultimately, life is about growing better to ourselves rather than seeking universal approval. This mindset change has empowered me to live more authentically and happily each day.

Things I thought mattered BUT THEY ACTUALLY DONT!!
