For instance, celebrating special occasions like my son's 16th birthday brings immense joy and gratitude. His journey from childhood to adolescence, especially during years when I had to work abroad in Singapore, tested our resilience and faith. Despite the distance, we trusted in Allah's protection and mercy to keep him safe and healthy. Alhamdulillah, seeing him grow strong and healthy is a powerful reminder that health is a true blessing that enables us to cherish family moments and achieve our dreams. In our daily lives, simple acts such as maintaining a balanced diet, regular exercise, and spiritual practices help us safeguard our health.
