stuffed salmon,baked potato, and grilled asparagus

-stuffed salmon is from Sam's club, (pre stuffed). I baked it for 20 minutes at 350F, then low broil for about 5 minutes

- grilled the asparagus in pan with a little butter and olive oil (the olive oil is to keep the butter from burning) and some kinders seasoning (cowboy butter)

-For the baked potato, i rubbed it in Olive oil and then salted it before baking for 20 minutes, Give or take, and then again, Low boil for about 5 for the outside to be crispy. topped with a tbl of Parmesan and tbl of light sour cream

total caloric value about 730 calories depending on weight
