-cheese of choice ( I used shredded colby)
- onion sliced
- tomato sliced
- lettuce
-avacado sliced
-i fried up the carne in a pan with butter and olive oil high heat a couple minutes per side took out cut into strips put back in pan till desired doneness.
-cooked beans in oil with a vinegar Chilli, salt to taste, mash.
-mayo on bolio bread fried in a pant so it crisps, add beans and shredded cheese.
- top with steak and toppings
(we ate fries and some vinegar chillies on the side)
