💭 I had read the rest of this series, so naturally I would continue on with this one. I really did enjoy this one. Having an angel was completely different, but I was here for it. I actually liked it. I think that’s why I love this series so much because even though each book features a demon, the plot is completely different, and so is the FMC with her personality and backstory. This one might be my favorite, or at least it is so far. I love the romance “story” on this one. It had me hook, line, and sinker. I did have my theories pretty early on. But I admit the book does give us teasers to have us guessing (I love when a book does this, btw). I also love how we get to still see couples from the previous books. These are just good books. I also love how they are complicated and have dark topics/themes but still can retain humor and have a lighter overall feel.
💬 This paranormal romance is book 4 in the Hell Bent series. The romance in this book is an enemies to lovers. The book is spicy with open door spice. Sunshine has a chance at redemption, and Raum is her key to success. She just needs to convince him to help her at any cost. The only problem is she is his enemy. She is an angel, while he is demons and the item she needs for redemption is in hell. Working with him will be hard, especially since she is drawn to him in ways she can’t explain. This was an addictive and all consuming read.
