Who else wakes up feeling a bit… off?

🙋‍♀️ I used to wake up feeling angry and overwhelmed, especially with running a 27-acre farm, homeschooling kids, and caring for over 100 animals and a small business! 🤯 But I’ve found a routine that helps me start my day on the right foot.

Here’s what I do:

* Meditate: 10 minutes of quiet reflection sets the tone for my day, even amidst the chaos.

* Nourish my body: I start my day with Ashwagandha KSM-66 Irish Sea Moss with Burdock Root and Bladderwrack. Plus, my homemade natural Gatorade recipe.

* Check-in with myself: I take a few moments to breathe and assess my feelings. This helps me respond to my day, not react to it.

Why this routine works:

* Mental clarity: Meditation helps me focus and reduce anxiety, even on the busiest of days.

* Physical health: The supplements and homemade drink boost my energy and immunity, helping me keep up with the demands of farm life.

* Emotional balance: Self-awareness helps me manage my emotions and avoid negative spirals, even when life gets hectic.

I’ve learned so much from podcasts like Diary of a CEO, On Purpose with Jay Shetty, and Next Level Soul Podcast. These have helped me understand the importance of daily energy balancing. I also incorporate binaural beats and solfeggio frequencies into my routine.

Remember, it’s okay to not be okay. It’s about finding what works for you and taking small steps towards a more peaceful life, even amidst the chaos.
