116 calories!

Follow along for my low calorie coffee series where I’m making low calorie coffee that actually tastes good at home!

By using sugar free vanilla syrup and a small amount of regular syrup for flavor you won’t get a weird after taste like drinks fully sweetened with sugar free syrups. This also helps keep the sugar low in the drink over all! I’m also using fair life 2% percent milk which is lower calorie than whole milk and also increases the protein 💪. If you don’t do dairy you could also substitute the milk for oat or almond but it’ll slightly change the macros above.

Recipe

1 to 1 1/2 cups iced coffee

1/2 cup milk, I used Fairlife 2%

8g caramel sauce, I used KYYA (discount in bio)

1/2 pump or 12g white chocolate sauce, I used Hollanders

1 tbsp or 1-2 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup, I used Starbucks brand

Ice

I will save all my low calorie coffee recipes in a highlight on my profile ♥️

... Read moreHey coffee lovers! I know the struggle is real when you're craving that fancy coffee shop drink but don't want all the extra calories or the hefty price tag. That's exactly why I started experimenting with my own low-cal coffee series, and this homemade White Chocolate Caramel Iced Coffee recipe is truly a game-changer. It’s the perfect solution for anyone wondering 'how many calories in a caramel latte' from their favorite cafe – my version blows them out of the water at a mere 116 calories! One of my biggest 'aha!' moments was realizing that not all sugar-free syrups are created equal. You know that weird aftertaste some can leave? My trick is to use just a small amount of regular caramel sauce (like a light drizzle of 8g) and a touch of quality white chocolate suce for that authentic depth of flavor, then complement it with a good sugar-free vanilla syrup. This way, you get the best of both worlds – rich flavor without the sugar overload. And for creaminess, Fairlife 2% milk is a secret weapon. It’s naturally higher in protein and lower in calories than regular milk, making your drink feel more substantial. If you're dairy-free, oat or almond milk are great, just be mindful of their calorie counts as they can vary. Have you ever actually looked up how many calories are in a caramel latte from your favorite coffee shop? A regular grande can easily pack 250-350+ calories, sometimes even more! My homemade version gives you that rich, sweet indulgence for a fraction of the cost and guilt. It's truly a 'low calorie iced coffee' dream come true, perfect for satisfying your 'white chocolate caramel iced latte' craving without a second thought. Getting that perfect iced coffee texture is key. Make sure your coffee is brewed strong (I often use cold brew or espresso shots for an extra robust base) and then thoroughly chilled before adding ice; otherwise, it'll water down your delicious creation. Don't be shy with the ice! For the 'white chocolate caramel' flavor, experiment with the exact amount of each sauce to find your sweet spot. That 8g caramel sauce I mentioned? It’s often all you need for that perfect hint of sweetness without drowning out the coffee. Beyond just the calories, making your own at home gives you total control. I love knowing exactly what goes into my cup, avoiding any artificial sweeteners I don't like or excess sugar. One common question I get is about the ice. Yes, lots of ice! But don't just dump it in. Pour your chilled coffee first, then add your 4 oz Fairlife 2% milk and syrups, stir well, and then pile in the ice. This ensures everything mixes properly before it gets too cold. And if you're looking to save even more time, you can pre-measure your syrups and sauces into small containers for quick morning assembly. It makes whipping up this 'white chocolate caramel iced latte' a breeze even on busy days. Want to dial up the flavor even more without adding calories? A tiny pinch of sea salt can really enhance the caramel notes, or a dash of cinnamon for a warming spice. This recipe is super flexible! It’s all about creating your ideal 'white chocolate caramel iced latte recipe' right in your own kitchen. I can't wait for you to try this! It’s become such a staple in my routine, letting me enjoy my favorite treat without sacrificing my health goals. Say goodbye to expensive, high-calorie coffee runs and hello to your new go-to 'low calorie at home coffee'!
