June wrap-up

7/19 Edited to

... Read moreReflecting on my own June wrap-up, I found it incredibly rewarding to track progress across different areas like reading, running, and music. Reading 13 books within a month might seem ambitious, but breaking it down into daily reading goals makes it very manageable and enjoyable. For example, some standout reads included Sanderson’s "Starsight" and works by Mia Wang, which kept me hooked with their rich storytelling and immersive worlds. In terms of fitness, covering over 23 miles in running during June was a fulfilling personal milestone. I found that consistency, even with shorter runs, built endurance and made running more enjoyable. Tracking pace and distance helped me stay motivated, and some runs were paired with uplifting songs like Ariana Grande’s "Break Free" or Ian Asher & Danny's "Take Me (To The Moon)," which made the experience even better. Music also plays a vital role in my daily routine, especially in workouts and relaxation. Creating a playlist with hits such as "Hello (The Sun Is Up Where)" by Mizmo can energize any session and boost my mood. Overall, a monthly wrap-up like this not only highlights personal growth in reading, running, and music taste but also encourages a balanced lifestyle. Sharing achievements publicly or in a journal serves as motivation and helps track progress over time. For anyone looking to enrich their daily habits, combining creative outlets like reading with physical activity and music can foster a rewarding and holistic routine.
