Task management apps like Todoist or Trello can help organize your study schedule, while focus-enhancing apps such as Forest or Focus@Will can provide auditory stimuli that promote concentration. Additionally, regular movement is essential. Incorporating physical activities or using fidget tools during study breaks can help refresh your mind and improve overall productivity. Each of these strategies plays a vital role in successfully navigating study time for those with ADHD.
