From my personal experience, some of the most profound changes have come not during moments of intense action, but while embracing stillness and softness with myself. Making a cup of tea in the evening, taking a slow walk in nature, or journaling my feelings became sacred rituals that helped me reconnect with my inner self. These soft moments allowed me to breathe deeply and gave me permission to slow down without feeling guilty, which was transformative. Romanticizing these quiet times helped me see them not as wasted or unproductive but as essential parts of my journey to wholeness.
