ถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา “Jusang” แล้วกำลังลังเลว่าร้านเป็นแนวไหน คุ้มไหม ต้องจองหรือเปล่า—ขอเล่าประสบการณ์แบบสรุปให้เข้าใจง่ายค่ะ ร้านนี้เป็นร้านอาหารเกาหลีที่ทำฟีลเหมือนบาร์จริงๆ แสงไฟสลัวๆ ดนตรีกำลังดี เหมาะมากกับการนัดเดทหรือมากับเพื่อนหลายคน เพราะบรรยากาศมันช่วยให้คุยสนุกขึ้นแบบไม่ต้องพยายามเยอะ สิ่งที่เราชอบคือ “โซนห้องส่วนตัว (Private Room)” ที่มีหลายห้อง ให้ความเป็นส่วนตัวมาก เหมาะกับคนอยากฉลองวันเกิด จัดเลี้ยงเล็กๆ หรือกลุ่มที่อยากนั่งยาวๆ แบบไม่เกร็ง แนะนำว่าถ้าไปช่วงพีค (เย็นวันศุกร์-เสาร์) ควรจองล่วงหน้าจริงๆ ไม่งั้นอาจได้รอโต๊ะ เรื่องอาหาร ถ้าไปครั้งแรก เมนูที่รู้สึกว่าเป็นซิกเนเจอร์และควรลองคือ ข้าวห่อสาหร่ายเกลือไส้ยุกเกะเนื้อฮันอูและตับปลาอังคิโมะ รสชาติออกแนวละมุนแต่มีความเข้มข้นจากยุกเกะและอังคิโมะ กินคู่กันแล้วบาลานซ์ดีมาก อีกจานที่เหมาะกับการแชร์คือ 보쌈 (หมูสามชั้นต้มสไลด์) เนื้อนุ่ม กินกับผักกาดขาว กิมจิ กระเทียม พริกเขียว แล้วจิ้มน้ำจิ้มคือเพลินสุดๆ สายซีฟู้ดก็ไม่ควรพลาด “ปลาหมึกตัวยักษ์” ที่เสิร์ฟมาแบบชิ้นใหญ่สะใจ มีความเผ็ดหอมๆ และเคี้ยวหนึบกำลังดี นอกจากนี้ถ้าใครชอบกินสดๆ แนวโอมากาเสะเกาหลี ร้านยังมีจานแนวปลาดิบ/ปลาแล่บาง และหอยนางรมสดเสิร์ฟบนถาดน้ำแข็ง เหมาะกับการสั่งเป็นกับแกล้มมาก (แนะนำกินคู่กับเครื่องดื่มจะเข้ากันสุด) การเดินทางค่อนข้างง่าย จากสถานี Samgakji (삼각지역) ทางออก 3 เดินต่อประมาณ 4 นาที ตามพิกัด B1F, 25-5 Hangang-daero 52-gil, Yongsan-gu เวลาเปิด 16:30–03:00 น. ใครชอบร้านแนว “อาหารดี + บรรยากาศบาร์ + มีห้องส่วนตัว” ชื่อ Jusang คือควรปักหมุดไว้เลยค่ะ
