Did I grow up or Glow up?

I feel like I had a glow up personally, my face never has really changed much over the years and am still pretty recognizable by people. (Even by people I don’t even know haha.)

I think it was the change in the way I do makeup and how I dress. But also the change in my own confidence 🥹

Let me know your thoughts and opinions though!

Many people experience physical and personal changes that contribute to their self-esteem. In 2022, you could be a naive freshman, unsure of your identity and style. By 2024, as a sophomore, growth becomes evident not just in physical appearance but also internally. Glow ups go beyond the surface; they're about embracing who you are becoming. This includes experimenting with makeup, which can drastically change how you perceive yourself. It's essential to celebrate these changes and recognize the journey. Embracing vulnerability is key—sharing your thoughts and experiences fosters connection and community. Engaging with others about these transitions allows for support and encouragement. So, reflect on your journey: how have you transformed in your confidence, style, and self-awareness over the years? Let's inspire each other through our narratives!
