Lake Mirror

My husband and I had lunch plans with family in Lakeland, FL yesterday, and checked out the Lake Mirror complex! All around the lake was grand architecture, and sure enough, it was built in the late 1800s. I felt connected to it, in a way. There are many birds, ducks, and especially swans around the lake. In fact, this part of Lakeland has many swan statues due to the love and care they have for them, and to make sure they stay in the area and keep reproducing. There is a trendy food hall and other shopping and restaurants in the district. Pleasantly surprised at what this part of Lakeland has to offer! #lakemirror #lakelandfl #review #sunday #swan
