Coloring Book🩷

Last week, I gave a coloring book to the day service staff.

私も以前、デイサービスで塗り絵を楽しんだ経験があります。特に花の塗り絵は自分の感性を表現でき、集中していると時間を忘れてしまうほどです。牡丹は高貴で王者の風格を象徴する花言葉があると聞いて、より丁寧に塗ろうという気持ちが湧きました。夜遅くまで塗り絵に没頭した後は私もすごく眠くなり、デイサービスでの午前中の休息や午後の音楽活動はとてもリフレッシュになりました。縦笛の練習も取り入れることで、手先だけでなく音楽のリズム感や仲間との一体感も味わえ、心身の健康につながるんだなと実感しています。塗り絵は単なる趣味以上に、認知機能の維持やストレス解消に効果的と言われています。特に色選びや手の動きが脳を活性化し、心が安らぐ時間を作ることができます。私は今後も季節の花をテーマに塗り絵を続け、日々の楽しみと癒やしの時間を大切にしていきたいと思います。そうした小さな楽しみが、毎日の生活を豊かにしてくれると感じています。
