Bangkok’s viral Thai banana cake spot is finally at VivoCity! 🍌✨

Bake It Babe has opened its first cafe store at VivoCity!Unlike their takeaway-only store, this location actually has seating with cuteee warm cafe aesthetics.

I got their Original Thai Banana Cake ($19.80 for a whole box) and it’s honestly so soft, moist, and not too sweet!! You can see real banana bits inside and it comes pre-sliced which makes sharing super easy. Try heat it up for 10 seconds at home, it gets even better imo!🤤

And their Thai Milk Tea with Cheese Mousse ($6.20)!! The thick, creamy cheese mousse top went so well with the strong tea base. They also have Banana Chocolate and Peanut Butter flavor cakes if you want something richer plus other fruit teas on the menu.

Definitely worth dropping by!

... Read moreIf you love unique desserts and beverages, Bake It Babe’s expansion into a proper cafe setting at VivoCity is a game changer. Having previously experienced their takeaway kiosks, I was thrilled to find a more comfortable spot to enjoy their treats. The cafe’s warm and inviting atmosphere enhances the experience, making it a perfect place to relax or meet friends. Their Original Thai Banana Cake really stands out because of its authentic texture and taste—soft, moist and naturally sweet without being overwhelming. The visible banana chunks inside add an extra layer of freshness you don’t usually get in standard banana cakes. An easy tip I learned is to heat the pre-sliced cake for about 10 seconds at home, which really enhances the moistness and flavor. The Thai Milk Tea with Cheese Mousse is worth mentioning separately. The combination of the robust, slightly bitter tea with the smooth, creamy cheese mousse topping is both refreshing and indulgent. If you want to try a variety, their Banana Chocolate and Peanut Butter versions offer richer, more decadent alternatives. Also, their fruit tea selections like Royal Jasmine Green Tea, Osmanthus Oolong Tea, and Siam Pomegranate Berries Black Tea provide excellent options for those looking for lighter, fragrant beverages. For those visiting Singapore, aside from VivoCity, Bake It Babe also has takeaway kiosks at Desker Road and a pop-up at Jewel Changi Airport. This wider presence makes it easier to savor their Thai banana cakes and teas wherever you are in the city. Overall, it’s a delicious way to experience a viral Bangkok favorite right here, with added comfort and variety.
