From personal experience, I've come to realize that trust is not something to be given lightly, especially when considering the spiritual perspective that God may not entrust everyone with trust. The concept of 'three categories of harmful people'—visible, disguised (masked), and clandestine (hidden)—is a powerful framework for understanding different forms of negativity around us. Visible harmful people are easy to identify because their intentions and actions are apparent. Disguised ones, however, wear masks that conceal their true nature, making them harder to spot and potentially more dangerous. The clandestine category is most challenging because these individuals work in secrecy, often causing harm silently or behind the scenes. In my journey, I learned that discerning these behaviors helps protect my emotional and spiritual well-being. It encourages me to be cautious and reflective before placing my trust in someone. Faith teaches us to be wise as serpents and innocent as doves, meaning we should exercise both wisdom and purity in our relationships. Building trust requires time, consistency, and transparency. When we understand the types of harmful behaviors that exist, we can set healthy boundaries and foster relationships that honor both ourselves and our faith. This approach aligns well with the spiritual lesson that trust granted by God is precious and should be mirrored in how we choose to trust others. By sharing this perspective, I hope to encourage others to stay vigilant yet compassionate, and to seek guidance in their spiritual walk when dealing with trust and interpersonal relationships.
