Just a breast cancer survivor

Just a breast cancer survivor trying to start over again after having breast cancer for the whole year of 2025😬😬 so excuse the wig… lol, I’m trying different ones.. 🤣

... Read moreLiving through breast cancer is an intensely personal and transformative experience. As someone who has navigated the complexities of diagnosis, treatment, and recovery, I can relate deeply to the journey of trying to start over after such a life-changing event. One of the most challenging aspects is embracing your new self—both physically and emotionally. Wearing a wig can be more than just a practical choice; it can be a way to explore and regain a sense of identity that feels lost. From my experience, trying different wigs not only helped me find comfort and confidence but also brought some much-needed lightness and humor to tough days. It became a form of self-expression, turning a symptom of illness into a creative outlet. Beyond appearance, starting over means rebuilding routines, facing fears of recurrence, and rediscovering passions that might have been put on hold. It's important to remember that healing isn’t linear, and every survivor’s path is unique. Sharing our stories, including the highs and lows, helps build a supportive community where no one feels alone. If you're on this journey, know that it’s okay to have moments of vulnerability and to seek joy in small changes—like trying on a new wig or embracing the imperfections that come with survival. Each step forward is an achievement worth celebrating.

I love creating “tribute” pairs. Getting personal and hearing the stories behind why someone would like a pair created always hits me right in the heart. The intimacy of the process, the vulnerability, and the answers to the questions that I have to ask can sometimes get to me as an empath. I carry
