Weight Loss Journey: PCOS edition

Is weird that I love eating buffets alone?

AND YES! I am on a weight journey but that doesn’t mean that I can’t reward myself?

Some auntie randomly scolded me, so fat already still eat so much? You must eat less work more than you can lose weight.

🙄🙄🙄

To me a successful weight loss journey, should be something manageable, healthy and still allow me to enjoy my food like a NORMAL person.

I think the misconception of weight loss is that you should be disciplined, not eat anything that is considered “Not Healthy” and exercise like your life depends on it

Im sure some of you have successful stories like that and truthfully I am respectful and happy for anyone that managed to lose weight through any means: surgery, weight loss clinic, hacks, pills and the traditional way.

There aren’t any rights or wrongs in someone’s weight loss journey. There is only whether it suits or not for you.

KEYWORD IS YOU.

Weight loss is something very personal, a plan that works for someone else may not work for you.

So honestly my only advice is really try Guess and Check.

Like how when we’re young we do guess and check for math. Do it for yourself, try a method for 2 weeks, see no results move on to the next.

I ASSURE YOU WILL HAVE WHAT SUITS YOU THE BEST❤️#pcosweightloss #pcosjourney#pcosgirlies
