I would 100% recommend this waist trainer. Definitely does the job. My only problem is that I got the waist trainer too big 🥲 it fits well but it’s a little loose. I want it tighter. I should have gone with my regular size. So in other words it’s true to size. Waist training is good for shrinking your waist only. It won’t make you loose weight. Unless you are watching your diet and exercising. If you do both, you will definitely see results in your waist size and will have weight loss. Overall, ladies I would recommend!! 🤌🏼
