26 years missing 💔
Leona Kinsey was last seen at home in La Grande, Oregon on October 25, 1999. She left behind all of her belongings including her beloved pets. Groceries were left out from a recent purchase.
Her GMC SUV was located days later abandoned in an Albertsons parking lot.
A local man that Leona knew named Juan Pena-Llamas is considered a suspect in Leona's disappearance. In current day, Juan is believed to be living in Mexico.
We remember Leona for her light and bright spirit. May this year around the sun bring answers for her daughter Carolyn.
