Skincare girlies,I need help.

Hello,

I’ve included what I use, what I used to use and what I have no clue how to use.

I’ve had issues with forehead bumps forever, they never turn into whiteheads and they’re mainly hard, I can pop them but it usually is a bad idea. When I do it’s hard white stuff that comes out, almost like beads.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of that?

or just general skincare advice for my issues?

Products that are on the cheaper side or expensive side that are worth it?

... Read moreDealing with stubborn forehead bumps can be frustrating, especially when they don't form whiteheads and can lead to further skin concerns. These bumps are often associated with clogged pores or folliculitis. To tackle this issue, consider re-evaluating your skincare routine. Incorporating exfoliating ingredients like salicylic acid and glycolic acid can help unclog pores and promote cell turnover. Products like the Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toner or NEOM's Complete Bliss Cleanser are excellent options to explore. It's also crucial to keep your skin hydrated with non-comedogenic moisturizers. Look for moisturizers with calming ingredients such as hyaluronic acid or ceramides, which can help soothe irritation. Adding a retinol product to your nighttime routine may also aid in preventing future bumps by supporting skin renewal. When searching for skincare products, it’s beneficial to read reviews and seek recommendations from trusted sources or communities. Don't hesitate to consult a dermatology professional for personalized advice, especially if your condition persists. Remember, everyone's skin is unique, so what works for one person may not work for another; trial and error may be necessary in your skincare journey.
