Jewel faculty, what did they learn?
Term 1 Review and School of Jewellery Design 💍
Hello everyone, we have graduated from our first semester, so today we will give a brief review of our past experiences.
I have to tell you that at first I didn't know that there was this faculty in the world. I happened to find out what we were going to enter the faculty until I met the post review of the Faculty of Jewels. At that time, I was very surprised. There was this faculty too? How did they study? So I went to study and made us who already had a liking for jewels. I chose to see the three branches that I wanted to enter when I looked at our three branches, jewellery business, jewellery technology and jewelry design. This faculty must study at the University of Burpa, Chanthaburi campus.
In this part of the study, if you are a person with no background at all, you can study, because we will learn from the basics to see that there is a basic design or a preliminary line drawing.
Basic design subjects:
In this course, we will learn in the first place to design, using an elemental perspective, whether it is curves, lines, circles or points, and we will not use ordinary drawing, but we will use each other to design our own jewelry, but Luvik will teach and have different problems.
Practical art subject 1:
In this course, we will learn about the use of different colors - wood colors, watercolors, poster colors, and gradient techniques, color mixing. It can be called that people who are not good at color like us have developed their skills quickly.
Preliminary line drawing subjects:
Of course, how can we learn about painting, design, lack this subject, our most messy subject (more messy than watercolor)? This will be the subject that we will learn about painting, whether it is portrait painting, geometric drawing, studying the structure of things. This subject is taken out with water.
Oriental Art History:
Everyone has ever wondered about the differences of the Buddha? This is probably from what era. From what? Why did you do this? When everyone graduated from this subject, you can tell at least a priori, because we will learn about observation, posture analysis, pottery, not only the Buddha, but also other things like entrance doors, pillars.
In addition to the subjects of the faculty, there are also general subjects: life, English and happiness.

เผื่อใครกำลังหา “คณะอัญมณี ม.บูรพา เรียนอะไร” แล้วอยากรู้ภาพรวมแบบละเอียดกว่าที่เห็นในคำอธิบายหลัก ๆ เราขอเสริมจากประสบการณ์เทอม 1 ในมุมคนที่เข้ามาแบบไม่ค่อยมีพื้นฐานมาก่อนนะครับ 1) เทอม 1 เน้น “ปูพื้นศิลปะ + กระบวนการคิดแบบนักออกแบบ” หลายคนคิดว่าคณะอัญมณีต้องจับพลอย/เจียระไนทันที แต่ความจริงช่วงแรกจะโฟกัสการวาดเส้นและพื้นฐานการออกแบบก่อน เพื่อให้เราสื่อสารไอเดียเป็นภาพได้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการจัดองค์ประกอบ การใช้เส้น-จุด-รูปทรง และการพัฒนาแบบจากสเก็ตช์ไปสู่งานออกแบบเครื่องประดับจริง 2) งานวาดเส้นเบื้องต้น “เลอะจริง แต่พัฒนาไวมาก” สิ่งที่ควรเตรียมใจคืองานวาดเส้นจะใช้ดินสอและผงดินสอเยอะ มือเปื้อนเป็นเรื่องปกติ (แนะนำพกทิชชู่เปียก/ผ้าเช็ดมือ) เราจะได้ฝึกจากหุ่นนิ่ง เช่น เหยือกโลหะ ภาชนะเซรามิก ผ้าคลุมโต๊ะ ไปจนถึงรูปทรงเรขาคณิต เพื่อให้เข้าใจแสง-เงา น้ำหนักมือ และสัดส่วน 3) พื้นฐานการออกแบบช่วย “ต่อยอดไปเครื่องประดับได้จริง” ในคลาสนี้โจทย์มักจะไม่ใช่แค่วาดสวย แต่ให้คิดว่าทำไมต้องใช้เส้นโค้ง/เส้นตรง ทำไมทรงนี้ถึงให้ความรู้สึกแบบนั้น แล้วค่อยนำไปประยุกต์เป็นชิ้นงาน เช่น โครงร่างจี้ สร้อยคอ ต่างหู หรือธีมธรรมชาติอย่างแมลงปอ/ผีเสื้อที่หลายคนชอบทำเป็นคอลเลกชันแรก ๆ 4) ศิลปะปฏิบัติ 1 = ฝึกสีให้ “คุมโทนได้” ใครกลัวเรื่องสีน้ำ/สีโปสเตอร์ไม่ต้องเครียดมาก เทอมแรกจะเน้นเทคนิคพื้นฐาน เช่น ไล่โทน ผสมสี ทำค่าสีอ่อน-เข้ม เพื่อให้เราเรนเดอร์งานออกแบบได้ดูมีวัสดุ เช่น โลหะ เงา หิน หรืออัญมณี 5) เชื่อมกับอัญมณี: รูปทรงเรขาคณิต & แบบการเจียระไน ถึงจะยังไม่ลงลึกสายเทคโนโลยีอัญมณี แต่เราจะเริ่มคุ้นกับ “รูปทรง” และ “รูปแบบการเจียระไน” (กลม วงรี สี่เหลี่ยม ฯลฯ) ซึ่งสำคัญมากเวลาออกแบบ เพราะตำแหน่งวางหิน/ขนาดหน้าหินจะกำหนดทั้งสัดส่วนและความแข็งแรงของชิ้นงาน 6) วิชาทฤษฎีอย่างประวัติศาสตร์ศิลปะตะวันออก “ช่วยให้ดูงานเป็น” ตอนแรกอาจคิดว่าไกลตัว แต่พอเรียนแล้วจะเริ่มสังเกตสไตล์ยุคสมัย ลวดลาย ท่าทาง งานปั้น/สถาปัตย์ พอเรามีคลังภาพในหัวมากขึ้น เวลาออกแบบจะหยิบแรงบันดาลใจมาปรับใช้ได้ดีขึ้น ทริคเล็ก ๆ สำหรับคนอยากเข้าคณะอัญมณี ม.บูรพา - ทำพอร์ตแบบง่าย ๆ ได้เลย: รวมสเก็ตช์ วาดเส้น หรืองานลงสี 5–10 ชิ้นก็ช่วยให้เห็นพัฒนาการ - อุปกรณ์พื้นฐานที่ใช้บ่อย: ดินสอหลายเบอร์ ยางลบ กระดาษวาด/สมุดสเก็ตช์ อุปกรณ์ลงสี - ถ้าไม่มั่นใจเรื่องวาดรูป: ให้ซ้อม “วาดรูปทรงพื้นฐาน + แสงเงา” ก่อนเปิดเทอม จะช่วยลดความเครียดมาก โดยรวมเทอม 1 คือช่วงที่ทำให้เราเห็นภาพว่าคณะอัญมณีไม่ได้ยากเพราะต้องเก่งมาตั้งแต่แรก แต่ยากตรงต้องขยันทำงานมือและซ้อมสม่ำเสมอครับ
