When I was called the 'ugly friend,' it pushed me to invest time in self-care that genuinely transformed both my appearance and confidence. One of my favorite discoveries is the power of a consistent gua sha routine; just 10 minutes daily can sculpt your face and maintain a radiant complexion. Using brow tint at home twice a month has been a game changer for me—not only saving money but also enhancing my natural features effortlessly. Nutrition played a huge role, too. Drinking chia water on an empty stomach in the morning helped reduce bloating significantly. I soak chia seeds overnight and then enjoy the refreshing drink, which has helped me feel lighter and more energetic throughout the day. Lemon balm tea became another staple, assisting with both acne reduction and fat burning, all without strenuous effort. I also emphasized eating home-cooked meals to maintain control over what I consume and to support my skin health from within.
