Why is it big? Doesn't mean big business.
Many stores are glad every time sales grow.
Graph up. Orders add money almost every day.
But one strange thing is,
The bigger the store owner, the more tired
The more stressful
And even more afraid that when it stops selling, everything will collapse immediately.
This is an important sign that
The top is growing, but business may not grow at all.

Sales are just "destination results."
Not the structure of the business.
Can grow from many things
- On sale
- Add.
- Do strong promotion
- Put yourself in exchange.
All of which
Can actually peak
But it doesn't make business even a little stronger.

Business is growing, not just selling more.
But must
- More money left.
- Use less force to the same.
- Can handle the fall.
- And don't break down immediately if you stop shooting.
But you have to work more every day.
It's harder to make decisions and can't rest.
That's not growth.
But it's exhaustion.

Lot of stores
Is mistaking that.
"It'll be great. Everything will be fine."
But in truth, if the structure doesn't change,
More peaks.
The bigger the original problem.
Bad systems will break down faster.
Numbers that never look
Will hurt the store even harder

A real grown business is a business that
- Don't rely on new peaks every day.
- There's a client back.
- Know the real cost.
- And stay even at the top of the swing.
Because finally, good sales.
Should make life better too
Not to make you.
Become someone who has to run faster every month.
Just to keep the same place.

จากประสบการณ์ตรง การที่ยอดขายโตขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วโดยอาศัยลดราคาแรงๆ หรือยิงแอดอย่างหนัก ทำให้เรารู้สึกเหมือนช่วงหนึ่งธุรกิจไปได้ดี แต่ในความเป็นจริง กลับทำให้ระบบภายในร้านแย่ลง เราต้องทำงานหนักขึ้นและไม่สามารถพักผ่อนได้เลย เพราะกลัวว่ายอดจะตกลงทันทีถ้าไม่ลงโฆษณาหรือโปรโมชันต่อเนื่อง สิ่งสำคัญที่ผมค้นพบคือ ธุรกิจต้องมีโครงสร้างที่แข็งแรง เช่น การรู้ต้นทุนที่แท้จริง การสร้างฐานลูกค้าเดิมให้กลับมาซื้อซ้ำ และการบริหารจัดการที่ทำให้ใช้ทรัพยากรน้อยลงต่อยอดได้เท่าเดิม ถ้าโฟกัสแค่ยอดขายที่โต โดยไม่ได้ดูแลระบบที่เป็นพื้นฐาน ธุรกิจจะถึงจุดที่วิ่งไม่ไหวและล้มลงในที่สุด นอกจากนั้น การมีระบบจัดการการเงินที่ดี รู้กำไรขาดทุนจริงเป็นสิ่งที่ช่วยให้เรารับมือกับสถานการณ์ที่ยอดขายแกว่งได้ดี และช่วยให้เราวางแผนทำตลาดหรือปรับเปลี่ยนกลยุทธ์ได้ถูกจังหวะ ท้ายที่สุดแล้ว ยอดขายที่ดีควรช่วยให้ชีวิตของเจ้าของธุรกิจดีขึ้น ไม่ใช่ทำให้เหนื่อยมากขึ้น แต่ละขั้นตอนควรมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้ธุรกิจสามารถเติบโตและดำเนินต่อไปได้อย่างยั่งยืน แม้จะไม่มีโปรโมชันหรือยิงโฆษณาอย่างหนักตลอดเวลา
