Up at 6am and not happy about it 😅

Unfiltered and very realistic 6am morning with me before class!

Am I the only one who is not a morning person ?

I see people and there 4am and 5am routines and I’m like how I look and feel like a chaos gremlin before 8am !

However on days I have certain classes I have to get up and as much as I hate it it’s worth it!

Any tips on how to magically become a morning person?

... Read moreMornings can be tough, especially for those of us who aren't natural early risers. Many students feel the same way, battling between needing an early start for classes and the desire to sleep in. Establishing a morning routine can help ease the transition from sleep to alertness. Incorporating elements like hydration, light exercise, and even mindfulness practices can set a positive tone for the day. If you're struggling to adjust, consider gradual changes—wake up just 10 minutes earlier each day and build from there. Additionally, exploring productivity techniques like the Pomodoro Technique can help maintain focus during your early hours. Remember, it's about finding what works for you. Embrace your unique journey in combining your studies with self-care while navigating the challenges of nursing school.
