If you’re like me and you value fresh, well-kept groceries and a pleasant shopping environment, then this isn't the place for you. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, it felt like I'd stepped into a time warp. The exterior view of Mexia Supermarket instantly gave me a vibe of 1997, with its aged facade and those murals of a sun and cows that looked like they hadn't seen a fresh coat of paint in decades. While some might call it 'vintage,' I found it just looked… neglected. It made me wonder what awaited inside. Walking through the doors, the interior confirmed my fears. It was a blurry, low-quality experience, almost as if the lighting itself was stuck in the past. The aisles felt dimly lit, and the overall impression was one of a poorly maintained environment.
