Grounding Exercise

Feeling scattered, anxious, or overwhelmed?

Get out of your head and back into your body with this simple grounding meditation:

GROUNDING EXERCISE

Find a quiet space and stand or sit with your feet flat on the ground.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Inhale calm… exhale tension.

Visualize roots growing from the soles of your feet, pushing deep into the Earth, anchoring you like a mighty tree.

With each breath, feel yourself becoming more steady, more connected.

Silently say:

“I am grounded. I am supported. I am safe.”

Grounding brings you back to the present moment.

It clears mental noise, resets your nervous system, and recharges your energetic field.

Try this before a tough conversation, after social media scrolling, or anytime you feel out of balance.

Your power lives in the present. Root down. Rise up.
