Healthy Skin & Gut Eating Habits

I have started my healthy eating journey and it has been going amazing! Here is my one of my favorite healthy meals for my gut & skin!

•Sardines

•Arugula with Lemon

•Pepperchinis

•Tomato & Onions topped with capers and Avacado oil

•baked potato (definitely optional) … and rice would also be lovely with this meal

•Avacado slices

•Boiled eggs topped with homemade pickled radish and Jalapeños (you can pickle your own radish or by it pre-pickled from your local grocery store)

I felt like a million bucks after eating this and when I woke up the next day I could immediately feel the benefits of eating this for dinner 🥰
