Summer Ready Detoxing Salad šŸ„—

I have fallen in love with the taste, vibe and benefits of eating fresh veggies and salads with EVERY meal! Consuming more veggies and also introducing great proteins and low carbs into my diet is changing my gut health in amazing ways. Being able to see the difference in my tummy region WITHOUT getting on a religious gym schedule has been satisfying and honestly making me feel so proud of my healthy eating ways that still allow me to enjoy delicious meats.

This specific fresh salad featuring my favorite things:

1. ARUGULA

2. FRESH MINT PUT WHOLE INTO GREEK YOGURT (works great as a dressing and breaks down perfectly with the juice of the others veggies below)

3. HOMEMADE PICKLED RADISH

4. PICKLED BEETS

5. PURPLE ONION

6. GREEN ONION

7. PEPPERCHINIS

8. SQUEEZE OF LEMON

9. FRESH JALAPEƑOS

(Please add fresh GINGER 🫚 chopped up if you can, it takes it to another level)

Enjoy this with your normal meals and dinners as an appetizer salad or side dish salad! Whatever or whenever you choose to eat this recipe just KNOW it is good ASF for your tummy šŸ’•

The combination of arugula and fresh mint in Greek yogurt not only acts as a nourishing dressing but also offers digestive benefits such as reducing inflammation and aiding digestion. Homemade pickled radish and beets add probiotics which further support a healthy gut microbiome. From my own experience, adding fresh ginger to the salad really elevates the flavor while providing powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. JalapeƱos add a spicy kick that can help increase metabolism, which is perfect if you're focused on a flat tummy challenge. This salad is also incredibly versatile—it can be served as a refreshing side dish with lunch or dinner, or as a light appetizer before your main meal. Pairing this salad with lean proteins and low-carb meals make it a balanced option for anyone looking to improve gut health without sacrificing taste. I especially love how this salad doesn’t require strict gym routines to show results around the tummy area—a healthy gut can make a notable difference in how your body feels and looks. By making this detox salad a regular part of your diet, you’re not only enjoying delicious, crisp veggies but also giving your digestive system the natural support it needs to thrive during the summer and beyond.
