I'm New Here🍋🫶

hi my name is Evie and I am new here! I am also on tictok but feel this may be a better fit and speed for me over here. I don't feel all the pressure and anxiety to post content and I hate being in front of the camera😆🤫. I am 46, empty nester, currently taking care of my elderly mother that lives with me, and I'm a very shy introvert. I'm currently in the starting over stage of life and perimenopausal. I've done the hard work and been through therapy and have healed, now I'm at the starting over part of my journey...aka New Beginnings.

overall I am just a sweet, laid-back, and fun type of person. I'm not a chef but I love to cook and I don't mind sharing. mainly my content I like to post is usually positive, uplifting, couponing, quirky, or posting questions. I rather uplift a person vs stepping on them any day of the week. I love to help people and I don't do it for clout or recognition I just do it because that's what my spirit leads me.to do.

So Welcome New Followers❤️❤️🫶🏾

... Read moreStarting over can be an empowering experience, particularly during significant life transitions such as entering perimenopause or becoming an empty nester. It's a time to reevaluate your priorities, embrace changes, and focus on personal growth. For many, this may involve exploring new hobbies, engaging in self-care practices, or creating a supportive community. Cooking, for instance, can be a delightful avenue for self-expression, where one can experiment with recipes, explore healthy choices, and share meals with loved ones. It can also serve as a source of comfort and joy, providing a sense of accomplishment and nurturing connections with friends and family. Furthermore, using platforms like Lemon8 allows individuals to connect with others who share similar interests, fostering an environment of support and encouragement. As you embark on your own journey of starting anew, consider how your passions, experiences, and insights could inspire others as well. Engage in nurturing your spirit by focusing on positive initiatives like couponing, charity work, or even simple acts of kindness, contributing to a richer, fulfilling life.
