If you want to have a positive day full with energy then you must start it the right way by waking up early with a positive mindset.

follow these steps to help you be more productive

mindfulness morning routine:

* **Don't open your phone/ listen to music when you wake up

• Wake up

• Pray/ meditate (5 min)

• Brush teeth + rinse face (5 min)

• Drink a glass of water (5 min)

• Stretch (20 min)

• Workout/ go for a walk (30 min)
