im actively working on pushing out the negative thoughts about myself. its something i have struggled with for as long as i can remember. when packing for my recent trip to punta cana, i packed a few tankinis and one pieces and thought what the hell and threw in some bikinis as well thinking there was no way i would actually wear them. so its kind of a huge deal for me that not only did i wear the bikinis AND take pictures in them, i posted the pictures on my instagram! this feels like a huge step in the right direction because i didnt let those negative thoughts stop me from loving these beautiful pictures of myself🥹 #selflove #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthmatters #youaregoodenough

It's normal for our minds to challenge us, often leaning towards negative thoughts as we compare ourselves to societal standards. However, learning to counter these negative thoughts with affirmations of our health and happiness can lead to a more positive self-image. By sharing my story and pictures, I not only embraced my journey but also aimed to inspire others facing similar struggles. Remember, there's no weight limit to capturing memories; every moment is worth celebrating. Let's continue to support one another in embracing our individuality and mental well-being.
