1) CREATE A PLANNING ACCOUNT. ✨
This is the number one thing I do to make my feed consistently cohesive. It’s much easier to post, delete, and post something different to an account with no followers. If you are looking to experiment with photo sets (photos that take up more than one space in your feed) planning ahead of time is a MUST. It helps a lot to see what looks good and adjust accordingly.
2) PICK A COLOR SCHEME. 🌸
I personally tend to stick to a more monochromatic theme, choosing one or two colors to focus on, and blending the rest with black & white. Editing photos to match the colors of your feed is also a big plus. Canva & whitening backgrounds are your best friend.
3) HIGHLIGHT COVERS. ⭐️
You can choose either; photos matching the color scheme, or, create some cute covers on Canva!
4) DONT BE AFRIAD TO EXPERIMENT. 🌵
After all, what’s the point of creating if you aren’t being creative? Social media is supposed to be fun. So, play around, do something crazy and different! Try out unique styles, come up with new photo ideas, edit in a fresh way, express yourself through your art.
