1. Be Confident: Believe in yourself!! Never tell yourself you can’t do something, always say I’ll try it. Tell yourself positive things only! Leave the negativity at the door!
2. #food Intake: I’m not one to go on a diet cause if I want a cheeseburger I’ll get one but, portion sizes and making sure your #protein and vegetables get eaten throughout the day
3. Enjoyment: this is probably #1 enjoy what you do ! If you don’t enjoy what you do you’ll never be motivated to do! So make sure it’s something you love to do it!!
