When Your Child Mirrors You 😭💭

So I’m talking with a few friends, explaining how my son always gets an attitude when he doesn’t nap.

And mid-conversation, he looks me dead in my face and says,

“You do too, Mommy.”

I just froze and died laughing 😭😂 Because… he’s not lying! The truth is shocking when it comes from a 4-year-old.

It reminded me how much our kids notice everything. The energy, the moods, the patterns — they mirror us before they even understand what they’re doing.

Parenting isn’t just about how we speak to them… it’s also about how we check ourselves.

I’m learning that my peace becomes his peace. My rest becomes his rest. And my attitude… well, clearly, it becomes his too 😅💛
