So excited for a new year 💌💌
here’s a few in & out goals I’ve set for myself:
INS:
💌: drop a new collection every 3 months
💌: have a daily quiet time (at least 5 mins)
💌: making coffee at home
💌: go to church
💌: 7-8hrs of sleep
💌: quick to listen, slow to speak, slow to anger
💌: prioritize my family
OUTS:
💌: over explaining
💌: impulsive shopping
💌: overcommitting myself
💌: too much tv before bed
💌: avoiding sad emotions
