Beginner Juicer ๐งก
My juicer is mini and do not juice much at a time but it works for me, for now as Iam a beginner. I didnโt want to purchase a larger/ more expensive one immediately, because I wanted to make sure I would use and enjoy it.
Ps I added a little strawberry too this ( not recorded ).
This was so hydrating and delicious! ๐ฅ๐

When I first started thinking about juicing, I was a bit overwhelmed by all the fancy, expensive machines out there. That's exactly why I decided to go with a mini juicer for my beginner journey, just like the one I mentioned in my post! It's been such a game-changer because it didn't feel like a huge commitment, and honestly, it takes up hardly any counter space in my small kitchen. For anyone wondering if juicing is for them, getting a smaller, more affordable model is definitely the way to go. You want to make sure you'll actually use it and enjoy the process before investing hundreds! My go-to hydrating blend lately has been that simple carrot and strawberry juice. It's truly delicious and packed with goodness. Hereโs a little more on how I make it and why it's so great, especially if you're looking for easy juicer recipes. For this juice, I usually grab about 3-4 medium carrots and a big handful of fresh strawberries. I wash them thoroughly; sometimes I peel the carrots if the skin looks a bit rough, but often I just leave it for extra nutrients. For the strawberries, I just hull them quickly. Then, into the juicer they go! I usually alternate between a harder piece of carrot and a softer strawberry to help the juicer work efficiently. The result is this vibrant, sweet, and incredibly refreshing drink. Carrots are amazing for beta-carotene, which is great for skin health and vision, while strawberries are little powerhouses of Vitamin C and antioxidants. It's a perfect pick-me-up any time of day. If you're like me and just bought a juicer, you might be thinking, 'now what?' There are so many recipes out there, but I always recommend starting with simple combinations. Besides my carrot strawberry favorite, here are a couple of other easy juicer recipes that are perfect for beginners: Apple & Ginger Zinger: Grab 2-3 apples (any kind you like, though green apples add a nice tartness) and a small knob of ginger (about 1 inch, peeled). This juice is wonderfully invigorating and great for digestion and immunity. Simple Green Boost: Don't be scared of green juices! A great starter recipe is 1 cucumber, 2-3 celery stalks, and 1 green apple. It's surprisingly refreshing and a gentle way to introduce more greens into your diet without an overly 'grassy' taste. My biggest tip for anyone starting out is to clean your juicer immediately after use. Seriously, it makes a huge difference! Dried pulp is a nightmare to get off, but if you rinse it right away, it's usually a breeze. Also, don't feel pressured to juice every single day. Start with a few times a week and gradually increase as it fits into your routine. Juicing should be enjoyable, not a chore! So, for all you fellow juicing beginners out there, I hope this gives you a little more inspiration and confidence. It's been such a fun and healthy journey for me so far.
