is 100% restriction healthy?

I love sparkling water too btw but some of the ones I enjoy have much added sugar.

It's been 3 full days since not drinking a zero-sugar soda or a Diet Coke. Most of the time I was drinking them due to stress and anxiety especially from work. I told myself I would avoid soda for 48 hours. I made it past that time and am thinking about keeping it going.

I picked a smaller number to start with because I didn't want to let myself down if I relapsed. But as the days go on it's becoming a little easier not to think about having a soda. Will I never drink a soda again? I can't say yes right now.

There's no one size fits all way to healthier living. I'm doing what's best for me. One step at a time. It's a journey.
