wellness habit menu for lazy girls

I used to be the ultimate lazy girl (still am sometimes). I slept in everyday, didn’t make my bed, did the bare minimum of chores, ate what was easy and simple, drank a lot and smoked weed all day everyday. it felt really overwhelming to keep up with all these “wellness girlies” online, so I stuck to the basics; gut health, exercise, mindset and living space. focusing on those 4 things will be the easiest way for you to get started 💗

Daily habits might include making your bed to create a sense of accomplishment, watering plants to connect with nature, and performing light exercises like walking or stretching. These simple tasks can assist in fostering a sense of responsibility and organization in one's life. Consider gut health, where incorporating fermented veggies like kimchi or miso can boost your digestive system. Healthy fats such as avocados and extra virgin olive oil provide further nutritional benefits. Daily hydration is key—aim for water, herbal teas, or even bone broth as wholesome beverages. Don't overlook the significance of mindfulness. Journaling thoughts around gratitude, affirmations, and personal reflections can help clear the mind and promote a healthier mindset. Weekly habits might include deeper cleaning, like changing bed sheets and vacuuming, to keep your living space fresh and inviting. By structuring these habits, lazy girls can engage in wellness without feeling overwhelmed, simplifying the journey into manageable, enjoyable steps.
