I hope it’s not conceited to say that my podcast is one of my favourites but it’s true, and I would say I give some damn good advice 🙊 I also love willow bend zen, especially to help me sleep when I’m having anxiety. she also has great guided meditations that target different things you want to address. and of course, the iconic “date yourself instead” from lyss boss is always a fun listen :)
