The quotes from Nikita Gill and Nikki Rowe serve as powerful reminders that allowing ourselves to feel pain is essential for growth. It’s important to recognize that while it may hurt to let go, clinging to past experiences can often lead to greater suffering. Understanding that healing is a process—where we must first acknowledge and allow ourselves to feel the hurt—can be pivotal in our emotional journeys. Engaging in practices like mindfulness, journaling, and talking to friends or professionals can help facilitate this process. As you navigate through these emotions, remember that it’s okay to ask for help and support, making your way to a more empowered and healed self. This journey may not be easy, but it is undoubtedly worthwhile as it leads to personal growth and resilience.

When my daughter was a teenager, she didn't like the rules of the home, and she always let me know that with her arguing, she always said, I hate you, mom, and I answer back "I LOVE YOU. MY grandma taught me to conquer hate with ❤️ love. [God's Holy Book says parents do not provoke your children to anger.] Why ? because anger brings out only negative feelings like rebellious feelings like hate. but, when we talk to them in a calm tone with ❤️ love, this brings out in them a positive feeling of being loved and brings out more the good they have in them. A calm tone with kindness, love in communicating calms any person with a raging spirit. Love Conquers Hate.
