หลายคนอยาก “เปลี่ยนสีเซลล์ Excel ตามเงื่อนไขวันที่” หรือทำ “สูตร IF แยกสี” แต่จริง ๆ งานส่วนใหญ่ทำได้ง่ายกว่าด้วย Conditional Formatting (ไม่ต้องพิมพ์สูตร) โดยเฉพาะเมนู Color Scales / Data Bars / Icon Sets ที่ช่วยสรุปข้อมูลให้เห็นภาพทันที 1) ไฮไลต์สีตาม “วันที่ครบกำหนด” (เลยกำหนด/ใกล้ถึง/ยังมีเวลา) - เลือกช่วงวันที่ (เช่น C2:C200) - ไปที่ Home > Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cells Rules > A Date Occurring… - เลือกเงื่อนไข เช่น Yesterday / Today / Tomorrow / Last 7 days แล้วเลือกสี ทริค: ถ้าต้องการ “เลยกำหนด = แดง” แบบชัวร์ ๆ ให้ใช้ New Rule > Format only cells that contain > Cell Value < TODAY() (อันนี้เป็นสูตรที่ระบบใส่ให้ในกฎ ไม่ต้องเขียน IF ในเซลล์) 2) ทำ “ไล่เฉดสี” ให้เห็นค่าสูง-ต่ำทันทีด้วย Color Scales เหมาะกับคะแนน ยอดขาย % ความคืบหน้า ฯลฯ - เลือกช่วงตัวเลข - Home > Conditional Formatting > Color Scales - เลือกสเกล 2 สี หรือ 3 สี (ต่ำ=แดง กลาง=เหลือง สูง=เขียว เป็นต้น) ทริค: ถ้าข้อมูลมีค่าติดลบ/มี outlier เยอะ ให้เข้า Manage Rules แล้วปรับ Type เป็น Number/Percentile เพื่อคุมการไล่สีให้สมเหตุสมผล 3) ถ้าตั้งใจใช้ “IF แยกสี” ให้จำไว้ว่า IF ทำสีไม่ได้โดยตรง หลายคนพยายามทำ =IF(A1>0,"เขียว","แดง") แต่ Excel จะคืนค่าเป็นข้อความ ไม่ได้เปลี่ยนสีเซลล์ ทางที่ถูกคือใช้ IF เพื่อสร้าง “ผลลัพธ์/สถานะ” แล้วค่อยให้ Conditional Formatting ไปจับสถานะนั้น เช่น - สร้างคอลัมน์สถานะ: =IF(C2<TODAY(),"เลยกำหนด","ปกติ") - จากนั้น Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cells Rules > Text that Contains… วิธีนี้ควบคุมง่ายและอ่านตารางรู้เรื่อง 4) ปัญหาที่เจอบ่อย: กฎเพี้ยนเมื่อคัดลอก/แทรกแถว - แนะนำให้จัดข้อมูลเป็น Table (Ctrl+T) ก่อน แล้วค่อยใส่ Conditional Formatting ตารางจะขยายตามแถวใหม่อัตโนมัติ - ตรวจด้วย Conditional Formatting > Manage Rules > “Applies to” ว่าครอบช่วงที่ต้องการจริง 5) เคลียร์กฎเมื่อสีรกหรือซ้อนกัน - Home > Conditional Formatting > Clear Rules - เลือก Clear Rules from Selected Cells หรือ Entire Sheet ทริค: ถ้าหลายกฎชนกัน ให้เปิด Manage Rules แล้วจัดลำดับ พร้อมติ๊ก “Stop If True” ในกฎที่ต้องมาก่อน สรุป: ถ้าคุณต้องการเปลี่ยนสีเซลล์ตามเงื่อนไข (โดยเฉพาะวันที่) แนะนำให้เริ่มจาก Highlight Cells Rules / A Date Occurring และถ้าต้องการเห็นความต่างของตัวเลขแบบภาพรวมให้ใช้ Color Scales จะเร็วกว่าเขียนสูตร IF และดูเป็นมืออาชีพมากขึ้น
