Hello my loves. :) I wanted to make a separate post including all of my must haves for a day of gut health and healing. 💗 these are things I incorporate daily that I feel have made routine a bit easier and also have helped with my bloating and overall gut. (Ignore the chlorophyll on the ACV bottle I’m a bit clumsy)✨💘

• a set timeline on when I eat - I have found that eating between 11:30 am - 8:30 pm has kept my body fueled , happy and bloat free. As someone who struggled with a past ED eating was extremely difficult for me. Instead of forcing myself to eat early morning when I’m not hungry I have found a time that encourages me to not only eat but to eat well. This is a schedule that works for my work and fitness schedule. Leaving me fulfilled daily and combating cravings.

• warm lemon water - I choose to start my day off with a glass of warm lemon water. This helps wake up my digestive system and also with getting hydration in upon waking up. I warm up my water why I brush my teeth and wash my face and then mix in fresh lemon slices and fresh ginger. I sip on this why completing any necessary tasks. :)

• 40 oz of water - staying as hydrated as possible throughout the day has so many benefits. Although I typically drink 80 oz a day this is an amazing starting point for people who are trying to increase their water intake. Sticking to this has improved my skin, energy levels and helps with supporting the body in getting rid of waste.

• wellness shots - every other Sunday I choose to make my own wellness shots and absolutely love it! I make two kinds both supporting gut health and the immune system. I make a ginger turmeric citrus shot which consists of fresh ginger, lemon, lime, oranges, carrot, turmeric, ACV, and a pinch of sea salt. The second one is a green juice shot which consists of kale, spinach, baby chard, lime, lemon, fresh ginger, a pinch of sea salt and ACV. These help support digestive health, lower inflammation and boost immunity.

• Cocoyo - although I have tried coconut cult I’ve found that cocoyo is my absolute favorite way of getting in a spoonful of live probiotics. I eat a tablespoon of this after my warm lemon water. My absolute favorite flavor is the raspberry but I do also enjoy the peach nectarine and the vanilla one. This helps improve gut health and improves the LDL (low density lipoproteins) within the body. This has over 1 billon life probiotics which is incredible for one product.

• Kombucha - as someone who loves a sparkling drink but does not enjoy soda this has been a game changer. I drink a glass of kombucha with my first meal and often add in fresh ginger, lemon and a splash of ACV. Kombucha has wonderful anti-aging and anti-inflammatory benefits why also aiding in digestion and supporting cardiovascular health. I’ve replaced all sodas and juices with this and I have LOVED the changes I feel with this being consistent in my daily routine.

• Herbal teas - I end my night with a cup of herbal tea and lemon. I do alternate my teas depending on what I feel I need to end my night. I like to mix in a little bit of raw honey or agave to sweeten and find that it is the perfect way to complete a long day. Herbal teas also help support in digestion, sleep, inflammation and heart health. The benefits for herbal tea can be a post all on its own. The list goes on and on.

I do choose to incorporate all of these things daily but definitely pick and choose what works best for you. 💗 having these set routines implicated have made it so much easier for me to stay on track and keep my body feeling as amazing as possible. I did choose to post my favorite products with all of these rituals but there are SO many different brands to choose from. ✨
