Dealing with your own thoughts is an evolvable skill and makes life much lighter and more comfortable. Here are some practical and practical approaches to everyday life:

🌿 1. Separate "thought" from "truth."
Many times, we accidentally believe all our own ideas.
Try reminding yourself that
"This is an idea, not the whole truth."
Will help us not get too caught up in it.

If a bad idea pops up,
Let us look at it like a "cloud floating through."
It's not forbidden. Don't chase. Just know "come and go."

A controlled matter.
Uncontrollable matters.
We should let go.

If negative, ask yourself:
"Does this idea help me?"
"If I were my friend, what would I suggest?"
Good questions allow us to change our perspective immediately.

But we can choose what to believe.
Choose ideas that help make life better and more comfortable.

💛 7. Continue to fill your heart with good things.
Read good books.
Be with people who don't bother us.
Do activities that make us feel valued.
When our hearts are full, negative thoughts become sparse.
