This is a schedule I’ve recently started as part of getting into my "𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐥 𝐞𝐫𝐚" As a girl who suffers with anxiety & procrastinating, creating a consistent morning routine centered around peace & self-care. This schedule not only work for me but my daughter as well I started to see a complete 360 change in her attitude so personal for me this was a good change for the both of us and hopefully this schedule works for you🫶🏾💕
